Joyce Jablonski: Impassioned Rhythms and Transpositions

Central Missouri State University Professor Joyce Jablonski will be exhibiting new ceramic works completed since a recent tragic fire destroyed all her works from the last several years. A catalogue has been produced honoring Jablonski and documenting the pieces lost in the fire. This exhibit will consist of new ceramic pieces created over the past few months plus a series of drawings not destroyed by the fire.

Jablonski is fascinated by dualities in nature, mathematics in words, and is engaged by natural shapes and forms. She considers the psychological, the intellectual, the cultural and the spiritual melding of these separate elements into process created objects of extraordinary beauty and intellect.
